VOTE!!! Be a part of history today!

In the end, that's what this election is about.
Do we participate in politics of cynicism or politics of hope?

Tim Burton's "Alice In Wonderland" To Be Released in 2010

"Tim Burton and Johnny Depp have started filming Burton’s crazy version of “Alice in Wonderland” in the UK. The movie, out in 2010, will be a mix of live action and CGI, and Depp will play none other than the Mad Hatter (duh). Shots of the production have been leaked, so you can even see the unknown Australian actress, Mia Wasikowska, dressed up as Alice and one of the Tweedle Dees." - Buzzfeed.com
How exciting, I look forward to this!
On another note, does Alice In Wonderland promote the use of magic shrooms?
The answer: "Alice In Wonderland is a Lewis Carrol book, transformed into a movie about getting high, the munchies, talking animals, people singing songs, story without plot, and some moral shit about not pissing off the queen of hearts."
Ok, not exactly true. But there is a certain amount of drug propaganda supporting this movie because of the author's imaginative pursuits.
So the answer? Alice was not on drugs, Lewis Carrol was, no kidding.
Some references from the movie:
-the White Rabbit from the movie is another name for cocaine
-the caterpillar takes the hookah (smoking opium) and sleepily asks "Whoooo are you?"
-Alice eats magic shrooms and drinks liquid substances to grow
-throughout the story, Alice seems to be in a dream-like state and is said to feel stupid and tired. (Opium is labeled as a narcotic, which slows a person down and gives them a feeling of euphoria and can have hallucinogenic effects)
too many references.
...come to think of it now, this movie is pretty fuckin' trippy. I must watch again.
